Power is yerba maté powder (plain, with hibiscus, or with lemon and mint): 10 calories and no added sugar per 5 g serving. Super Balance is a 4,300 mg maté blend with guarana, ginger and inulin, plus a 2,200 mg fiber complex and 13 vitamins and minerals in every 7.5 g packet.

Power has 10 calories and no sugar per serving, so it fits well with many intermittent fasting routines. If the gaps between meals feel long, a serving can help you feel better. If you follow a strict fasting protocol, check with your dietitian.

Take one 7.5 g packet with your main meal of the day. Mix well with 240–300 ml of cold water (a shaker bottle works best) and drink immediately.
